Blue Cheese Mashed Cauliflower
Cauliflower and blue cheese are both high in biotin.

Ingredients:
- Florets from 1 head of cauliflower, washed, dried, and cut up into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled, mashed, and rested
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon butter, preferably from grass-fed cows
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Ground pepper, to taste
- Parsley for garnish, optional
Directions:
- In a steamer basket over boiling water, cook cauliflower and garlic until cauliflower is very tender, about 15 minutes.
- Allow cauliflower to cool for a few minutes, and then place it in blender with blue cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, with parsley garnish if desired.
