Ground Beef and Sweet Potato Curry
This curry recipe is rich in ingredients that are high in biotin.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut or avocado oil
- 1 pound ground beef, preferably from grass-fed cows
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled, minced, and rested
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and chopped into bite size cubes
- 1 can (14 ounces) stewed or diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 ounces) unsweetened coconut milk
Directions:
- In a large pan over medium heat, warm oil and then add ground beef. Crumble and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Add onion, garlic, ginger, and curry, and cook until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add sweet potato, undrained tomatoes, and coconut milk. Bring to boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice or with naan if desired.
